Project Planning – The Details
Before you even start the procurement process on your CRM project it’s important to understand the following:
- Rollout/Go-Live Approach – are you going for a ‘big bang’ or staged implementation?
- Scope – all your business processes in the system from the start or in phases?
- Requirements/Features – what is it actually need and is reasonably achievable
We work with customers to help them understand these points (and more!) so they have a firm footing before starting their project – this can include working with customers to put together their project requirements, tender documents, short list possible systems and build an achievable plan to move forward and complete the project in a reasonable time span.
