We’re a web 2.0 company that wants to talk to people!
Our simple online web CRM tool – Tactile CRM is designed to help companies build on their customer communications and forge better relationships. We are firm believers in the ‘practice what you preach’ mantra and were using our own software before we even released it to the World so we could test and refine it.
We always make sure we respond to emails and support tickets in a timely manner, but we’ve always made it clear that we don’t give support etc. by phone.

However, all of this will be changing over the next month as we move Tactile CRM into the new company and restructure stuff.
Forums will still be available for people on free plans, email support on all paid plans and we’re going to introduce phone support on some of the higher plans.
We’ll also be opening up the phones for non-support calls so people can find out more about the software, who we are and what we do – so keep an eye out for more information over the next month.
