Tactile CRM API released
One of the most popular feature requests we have received for Tactile CRM is to release an API so that users can build on the system and work with their data in their own ways.
We’re pleased to announce that after a lot of hardwork this month the team have finished the first version, and you can now start to use it.
Full details are available in the documentation on the website (it’s a bit technical) and we’d love to hear your thoughts, comments, and suggestions as always!
Here are some cool ways you might find it useful, and let us know how you end up using it:
- Automatically insert contact form details from your website into Tactile CRM – no need to rekey data
- Invite people to sign up for a webinar via your website and automatically add an activity into your calendar
- Integrate your in-house systems
- Anything else you can think of!
